【Cancellation policy】
Thank you for making an appointment!
At our salon, we value your time and the time of our staff.
We ask that you please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
・If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we charge a cancellation fee of 3000yen.
・If you don’t show up for your appointment and don’t let us know, you will be charged 5000yen.
